Step1: Download and Install AVS Video Tools

download AVS Video Tools for free. Then install and run the application by double clicking the icon.
Just put your heart at ease when using the tool, for there is no malware or virus on the program. When you finish running the application,press To DVD button on the main toolbar, you can see the main window below.
Step2: Video Format Selection
After you have pressed To Video button on the main toolbar,then select the necessary DVD format and enter Input File Name and Output File Name.
Step3: Click Edit Button to Add the necessary Effect.
After that, open Edit window to edit the audio and video effect you want.You can see the editing dialogue below. On the Profile Editor dialogue, you can set the specific effect as you are willing to do.
